Record Searchlight: Barr and Mudford Firm Voted Best Attorney in the Northstate

Barr and Mudford works in the area of personal injury and has handled cases ranging from victims of unnecessary heart surgery as documented in the national best-selling book “Coronary,” to victims of negligence on the part of corporations, individuals and governmental agencies, as well as victims of design defects in automobiles, boats and highways.

In the latter category, a jury in Sacramento earlier this year awarded one of the largest judgments of its kind in California—over $17 million—in the case of Liu vs. City of Sacramento. Horrific injuries were caused as the result of negligence in the design of a crosswalk.
