Doug Mudford is a partner in the law firm of Barr & Mudford. He has practiced law since 1992, almost exclusively in the area of civil litigation. His caseload is largely personal injury and includes a jury verdict of $2.1 million for a Sacramento convenience store employee and participation in the $450 million Tenet/Redding Medical Center settlement for unnecessary heart surgeries. He represents a broad base of clients for serious personal injury, wrongful death, contract disputes and product liability.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Mudford gained 15 years of personnel and production experience with major lumber companies, giving him a unique perspective into big rig accidents and third party injury cases.
