Mr. Case has practiced law with the firm for 12 years. Previously he was Managing Attorney for Travelers Insurance Company’s house counsel law firm in San Francisco, where he tried lawsuits in the Bay Area for 16 years. He has a broad spectrum of trial experience and is particularly skilled and adept at resolving legal disputes through negotiation and mediation.
